Retainer Policy: A retainer is required before field work or billable research begins. Retainer amounts are determined based on the estimated scope of your case. Unused retainer funds are returned to the client at the conclusion of the case.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards (processed securely through Square).
Invoicing: Detailed invoices showing all time spent and activities performed are provided at the conclusion of each case.
